At TyCy, we strive to offer you quality products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Claim Period
Any request for return, refund, or replacement must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order or the expected delivery date, whichever comes first.
2. Products Eligible for Return
Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received an incorrect product
3. Claim Procedure
If your product meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at service@tycy.art
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem
- Attach clear photos showing the entire product and the problem area
4. Refunds and Replacements
After reviewing your claim, we may:
- Offer a full refund
- Propose a product replacement
- Offer a partial refund
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within 5 to 14 business days. For product replacements, we will strive to process and ship your new product as soon as possible.
5. Products Not Received or Lost in Transit
If you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery time:
- Check the delivery status via the provided tracking link
- If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the indicated delivery date
6. Product Replacement
In rare cases, if a product is not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of equal or higher quality, at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Please note that your order goes into production as soon as payment is made. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment is received. We recommend carefully checking your order before proceeding with payment.
8. Exceptions and Special Cases
For European Union Customers:
In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of your order. However, this right may be limited for custom-made products.
For Customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Switzerland:
The general terms mentioned above apply, subject to applicable local laws.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This returns and refunds policy is governed by Swiss law, with disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monthey, Switzerland.
10. Warranty
At TyCy, all our items come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for 30 days from the date of product receipt. This warranty covers:
- Printing defects
- Material defects
- Size issues
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
- Minor variations in color or print placement
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service within 30 days with clear photos and a detailed description.
